Salon Policies
Prices: Our booking website gives you a 'starting at' pricing. All of our services are a base price according to level of the stylist, however there are many factors which can increase the pricing, not limited to length, density, texture or extreme scenarios. Do not hesitate to consult your hair stylist with any questions regarding pricing. Be advised that a desired look may take more than one visit. All adjustments to previous services must be booked within 2 weeks of original service and must have purchased professional haircare at Salon Beau, otherwise it may result in additional costs.
Cancellations/Lateness: If a client cancels at least 48 hours before their appointment, they will not be charged. However, if a client does not show for an appointment with no notice or cancels without 48 hours notice, they will be required to pay 50% of what was scheduled that day. Out of respect to our clientele, we reserve the right to turn away a guest arriving more than 15 minutes late. Emergency situations will be considered but are left to the discretion of Salon Beau Front End Management.
Photos / Videos: We are a modern salon which means will take photos / videos during your appointment. We will use these photos / videos on our social media + marketing.
Tips : We accept cash + credit card tips.
